EXCHANGE POLICY

We aim to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, provided that the purchase was made in Pakistan, through online.

• Any article purchased can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase from online store or receipt by courier.
  
• Articles should not be used dusted or washed, all brand accessories such as label, bar code, hand tags, packing  should be in its original condition.
  
• Exchange delivery charges will be paid by the Costumer PKR 300/-
• These conditions apply to non-sale orders only. For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than normal.
